Tonometer Goldmann and air

Topcon has significant experience in design and production of high quality cornea refractometer and tonometer. For bigger experience, CT-800A, the contactless measurement of intraocular pressure takes place with the automatic 3D alignment function.
CT800A offers improved output and easier function to improve the every-day examination tasks in action. The 8,5 inch touch screen assures the control of all functions with just a finger touch. The smooth air pressure assures accurate measurement results, which can be printed or exported through LAN connection.
CT-800A calculates the contactless intraocular pressure measurement adopted according to the pachymetry values.

The measurement with the flattening tonometer Goldmann-type is considered up to today the most accurate, however it requires the use of anaesthetic drop and small quantity of pigment (fluoroscein).

Thanks to its high construction accuracy of Haag-Streit, Goldmann-type tonometry equipment offers reliable performance for a lot of years without the need of conserving the constructor.
